This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 20000 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 20000 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 20000 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
The 20000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account without compensation. 20000 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through its established document verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 20000 support team immediately so that protective action can be taken without delay.
Users are prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring account ownership to another party, or using another person's account under any circumstances. Accounts found to be in breach of this rule will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 20000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via supported payment methods including FPX, local bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. Any processing fees, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account promptly, depending on the payment method used and the processing time of the relevant financial institution. 20000 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable promotion or bonus conditions. Approved withdrawals will be processed only to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name. 20000 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of irregularities for security or compliance review.

- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's prevailing policies.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and up to date.
- Any taxes or duties relating to transactions are the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

20000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or fraudulent activity, breach of terms of use, provision of false information, attempts to exploit the system or promotions, and any conduct that compromises the security of the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts have been suspended on valid grounds may contact the support team for clarification and, where applicable, to initiate an appeals process. The final decision on account closure rests entirely at 20000's discretion.
Limitation of Liability
20000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or temporary loss of access. The platform is provided on an as-is basis and we make no warranties regarding its fitness for any particular purpose.
In no event shall 20000's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 20000 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 20000.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 20000 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. 20000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. By using their services, users are deemed to have separately agreed to the applicable third-party terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the 20000 platform.
Amendments to Terms
